Ingredients
- 1 tbsp canna butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp flavoring extract (e.g. grape, cherry, lemon)
- 1/2 tsp citric acid
- lollipop molds and sticks
- 1/2 tsp liquid food coloring (optional)
Instructions:
- Place a pan over medium heat and Combine the sugar, corn syrup, and water. Simmer on medium heat until sugar starts to dissolve.
- When it is completely dissolved, add the citric acid and mix.
- The mixture is brought to a boil without being stirred until it reaches 300°F using a candy thermometer attached to the pan (hard crack stage).
- Turn off the heat and place aside for a few minutes.
- Add the cannabutter, flavoring essence, and liquid food coloring.
- Fill the lollipop molds with the mixture and insert the lollipop sticks. Let the mixture cool and harden.
- When it cools and hardens remove from the molds, wrapping in plastic wrap or storing them in an airtight container is the proper way.
