Welcome to Dope Roots. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dope Roots website, including any purchases made through our online store. By accessing our website, creating an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 21 years of age to access, purchase, possess, or use any age-restricted Dope Roots product.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase and possess the products ordered in the jurisdiction in which you reside and the jurisdiction to which the products are delivered.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

Dope Roots sells hemp-derived cannabinoid products, including low-potency hemp-derived THC edible and beverage products.

Cannabinoid content, serving size, ingredients, and other product-specific information are provided on product packaging and/or applicable product pages. Customers are responsible for reviewing product information before consumption.

Products may affect individuals differently. Customers should use products responsibly, follow serving instructions, and avoid consuming more than they are comfortable with.

3. RESPONSIBLE USE

Do not drive, operate machinery, or engage in activities requiring full alertness after consuming an intoxicating product.

Do not use our products if you are under 21 years of age. Keep all products securely stored and out of the reach of children and pets.

Dope Roots products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease unless expressly authorized by applicable law.

4. LEGAL AND REGULATORY RESTRICTIONS

Dope Roots reserves the right to restrict or discontinue sales or shipment of any product to any state, locality, or jurisdiction when we determine that a sale or shipment may be prohibited, restricted, or inconsistent with applicable law, regulation, payment-processing requirements, carrier requirements, or our internal compliance policies.

The availability of a product on our website does not guarantee that the product can legally be purchased, possessed, delivered, or used in every jurisdiction.

Customers are responsible for complying with laws applicable to their purchase, possession, and use of our products.

5. ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, verification, and applicable legal and compliance requirements.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and the order has not otherwise become non-refundable, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize Dope Roots and its payment-processing providers to charge the amount associated with your order, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees.

Payment-card information may be processed by third-party payment processors and financial institutions in accordance with their security and privacy practices.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship only to destinations we determine are eligible for the products ordered.

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, regulatory requirements, verification procedures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We reserve the right to cancel an order or decline shipment when we determine that delivery to the requested destination is restricted or otherwise inappropriate.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Because Dope Roots sells consumable products, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is affected by a fulfillment issue, please contact doperootsadmin@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order information and, when applicable, photographs documenting the issue.

We review requests individually and, when appropriate, may provide a replacement or refund to the original payment method.

Refunds generally are not provided for products that have been consumed, changes of mind after an order has shipped, or problems caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, cannabinoid content, ingredients, pricing, photographs, and availability information.

Because cannabinoid products may be produced in batches, actual test results and cannabinoid concentrations may vary within legally permissible tolerances. Where available, customers should consult applicable product labels and Certificates of Analysis.

We reserve the right to correct errors or update product information without prior notice.

10. ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY

By purchasing or consuming a Dope Roots product, you acknowledge that cannabinoid products may have intoxicating or other physiological effects and agree to use them responsibly and according to product directions.

You are responsible for determining whether use of a product is appropriate for you and permitted under laws applicable to you.

The Dope Roots name, branding, logos, website content, photographs, graphics, recipes, written materials, and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to Dope Roots and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without authorization, except as permitted by law.

You may not use our website or products for unlawful purposes, fraudulent transactions, unauthorized resale, misrepresentation, interference with our website or payment systems, or violation of applicable laws or regulations.

We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
